Times flies with a blink of eye. Wasn't it New Year's Eve yesterday but we're done with January now. At time, I wish I could change the past but it comes a point when I think my present and future are more important than my past because life is just too short to live in the sadness. If I were to spend life regretting things in the past, before I know it, I'd have wasted my life on it. I believe everything happens for a reason, nothing happens by chance or by means of luck. It may seem horrible, painful and unfair but in reflection, one realizes that without overcoming those obstacles, we would never realize our potential, strength, will power or heart.

NYE: Bid farewell to 2011 and welcome 2012

After partied for few times at Vertigo, The Gardens, the happening club has finally official launched on January. I decided to tag along with bloggers for the grand launch at the last minute. The night was jam packed with awesome performances by A-ROX, DJ Nichole Chen & Terry T whom hypered up the crowd, of course, free flow was served on that night as well! I didnt manage to stay long at Vertigo and I heard the night went even better after past 12am. Anyhow, I'll still able to experience the happening night next time since the club is now ready to is set to spin party people's senses and inspire with its champagne nights, themed parties, DVJ sets, visual installations, among others.

I have been sitting in front of the laptop and thinking what should I post to keep my blog alive. It isnt easy for me to express my feeling out on my blog nowadays because I have to protect myself from people through not writing personal things anymore. Obviously, I have lost my first intention about blogging, it was supposed to be personal journal that remind me about the joys and sorrows of my life. A part of me is long gone and I doubt I'll find back the person any soon. Of course I’ve changed. We all change. We all grow up, grow wiser, grow distant from the things we never thought we would. We all learn to laugh a little more and cry a little more and be a little more silly. I have changed, and I will always be changing. For the better or worse, is a matter of perception. Speaking about changes, I have gotten a new hair cut for upcoming CNY celebration as well. I'm loving my bangs since it has been years that I changed my hairstyle. Do you guys know that cutting off hair in ancient modern Asia means to forget the past, leaving the old and starting new? Wells, I think that changes breeds new start. If we don’t change, we don’t grow. If we don’t grow, we aren’t really living. Other than that, I have spent days on cleaning, organizing, and rearranging my room, it was surely the right timing for spring cleaning. It cleaned off my mind as I felt much better after the major spring cleaning, it is like a whole lot of bad energy left with it as well. Guess I'm pretty much ready for CNY, the only thing I'm looking forward to is family togetherness because I believe that friends may come and go but family is a forever bond.

While we were in the midst of the jolly season, Hennessy was not one to be left behind! The world-famous cognac company held an exclusive free-flow event as launch party at a secret location which was Vertigo Club, The Gardens Mall.

I was not surprised when brand ambassadors ushered all of us to Vertigo club after registration at MidValley because Vertigo is by far, the only club that I know comes with custom design of LED dance floor, led wall & led ceiling to make all surfaces look the same. On the other hand, the limited edition cognac Hennessy Privilege NyX Collector bottle looks modern with platinum, glass, metallic and purple elements. The logo and label are only visible under black that looks like a night with a lot of stars in the sky which obviously designed for the perfect lounge-slash-clubbing tipple. So I think the lighting effects at Vertigo Club definitely went well along with Hennessy NyX party! The club was crazily packed by 9pm which I personally think that the space of Vertigo was too small for a free-flow event but of course, it didn't kill our joy. Not to mention that DJ Blink heated the venue for the night with awesome spinning. it made the whole event even better!

It’s funny as we’re always so excited for the New Year because 'oh, it’ll bring an awesome new beginning!' but most of the time when December comes around we’re all tired and looking back on the year thinking 'How did I survive?’. Since the year is almost over, which is less than 24 hours to a brand new year, I figured it is the time to take a step back and look at my fencing in the year of 2011. There is so much I want to write about, a lot of things have happened in this year. This year has been a long and crazy ride with its ups and downs or highs and lows. Despite being blessed with awesome people, I still faced different challenges, situations and people which almost made me to give up on trying or solving those problems because it pushed me to my limit yet I managed to make it through which has opened more doors than I saw shut. I experienced new beginnings, happy or sad endings, achievements, low misfortunes, interesting encounters and priceless moments which certainly taught me so much about life lessons, gave me new perspectives and also allowed myself to be a better and mature person. Next year, 2012 holds a year of uncertainty. I'm surely excited, nervous, anticipation and suspense make me even more worry about the future; I'll still be holding it all together and make it as another awesome year.

Happy early 2012, let's make the brand new year a positive one by spending it wisely!

It's officially the start of 3 months plus of summer break since last two weeks once I have completed my assignments and I'm quite excited for the long semester break although I don't have any plans yet. How sad? The plan of going to Singapore for ZoukOut isnt going well as I thought it would be but Tiësto Live in Malaysia would be a great choice too, if I were able to make it. I need a oh-so-sweet-summer-vacation, life in the heat to refresh my mind and soul! I have been doing nothing but spending time with HoneyBrunch, attending parties, chilling session with the group, watching drama series that I have missed watching and retail therapy with the family! I seriously wonder what do people do to kill time other than these because I'm starting to run out of ideas to kill my holidays. Perhaps I should shoot any clocks, that would surely kill my time.

I'm busy and this explain everything. 8/11, 11/11, 16/11 and 17/11 are the dateline for 5 individual assignments before 3 months plus of semester break begin. My past few weeks have been busy but certainly "productive" as I'm rushing to get it done on time, problem is, I'm way far from completing the work, this is stressful. Spent my time with HoneyBrunch whenever I take a break from the crazy endless assignments stress or girls night with the babes on Friday night instead of hardcore weekend party at Mist or Zouk. Chilling days. Wells, everyone should get a well deserved break after writing the title of assignments.

Happy Deepavali and so I have a week of mid-semester break in conjunction of this festival! Yet, I skipped all the Depavali's eve celebration at club especially Passion for Fashion at Rootz. Wells, I'm looking forward to Halloween's eve celebration, anyone up for it? It is only less than a week til October ends and October has been quite dramatic month for me with all the up and down for personal stuff, it was pretty tiring to deal with it. In fact, my tweets was mostly filled up with emotional tweets because I couldn't find a way to release it but I have learnt that something is better left unsaid in the public which is why I try not to tweet so often because the moment I tweet, it turns out to be emotional tweets and it affect other people as well. And worst, people will jump into the conclusion by assuming my emotional tweets refer to my relationship with HoneyBrunch. I guess wake me up when September ends has not been working well for me. Perhaps, when me up when October ends. I hope November will be the better month for me, with 4 months of summer break that allow me to do things that I always wanted to do other than endless assignments. I finally have some time to blog about my personal stuff which is my birthday dinner celebration I had at Plan B, Bangsar back on August! I miss all of them so much, they need to come back to Malaysia asap, UK has taken most of them and more to leave soon.

And I have to say that they're surely true friends that I found after years, its better to few true friends than lot of fake friends. I definitely had a great dinner celebration with my high schoolmates and the feeling of celebrating with them for years in roll is simply awesome!

Wacoal Pink Ribbon: Beat Breast Cancer

“Breast Care”, a term probably unknown to many people, it means care for breast cancer and other breast illnesses. “Wacoal Breast Care Act”is an activity aimed at a cure for breast cancer. Wacoal Malaysia, together with Parkson Corporation, launched its 2011 Pink Ribbon Campaign at 1 Utama Shopping Centre to promote breast cancer awareness on the 1st October 2011 with special appearances by two of Malaysia's leading female artistes - Elaine Daly and Debbie Goh to pass the message of early detection of breast cancer.

After I registered myself at the counter, I was given a chance to learn about breast cancer. It started off with brassiere fittings which was about getting know about breast like way of knowing our size, important check points and also the correct way of wearing bra. Then it proceeded to bra fitting lesson from experience beauty consultant. After that, it moved on to explanation about breast cancer surgery. For your extra information, Remamma Bra and Prosthesis under Wacoal is specially designed to assist women who undergone operations for breast cancer. Then I was taught how to check our breast daily in proper way. To make sure that guest absorbed those information, the organization also prepared Q&A sessions and winner would walk away with goodies if one able to answer. At last, guests entitle to leave message at the pink wall. To make the event to be more entertainment, there was also a fashion show that spread breast cancer awareness.

Overall, I have learned so much about breast cancer. Remember, take some time for breast screening because we all knew that breast cancer is a major killer of women in Malaysia. Support the Pink Ribbon!

Last Saturday evening was a great way to welcome my weekend after a hectic weekday with studies. After handed up two assignments on Friday, I decided to tag along with MHB for Malaysia's Own Oktoberfest 2011 featuring no.1 beer brand Carlsberg and three Bavarian imported beers from Germany that presented by Carlsberg Malaysia at Ecoba.

Oktoberfest is a 16–18 day beer festival held annually in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, running from late September to the first weekend in October. It is one of the most famous events in Germany and is the world's largest fair with more than 5 million people attending every year. To mark this widely-celebrated festival, Carlsberg Malaysia boasts a month-long extravaganza filled with roaring days of exciting parties, music, authentic gastronomic experiences to whet the appetitie and barrels of Carlsberg, Erdinger Weissbier, Franziskaner Weissbier and Lowenbrau to be downed.

The venue was set up with lots of table and seat for people to sit and drink as usual but what so special on that night at Ecoba was decorated with Oktoberfest theme with Oktoberfest music as background and girls that dressed up in Germany style.

The organizer also prepared big line-up of activities where allowed people to down a beer or two to steady ourselves. After all that gulping, some also hoisted up onto mechanical bull and loosen with yelling at the top of their lungs ‘Yeehaw!’ and proceed to put the blame on the beer. Other games that provided on that night are partake sans inhibition post a few beers are the beer barrel race and the chicken dance. The crowd was entertained by performers such as Acoustic Fourplay, Nyl, Lish and Blastique as well as renowned saxophonist Azmi Hairuddin. I worked out my calories by working your way through the treasure trove at their junkyard sales and put them back on by inhaling the yummy sizzling sausages and burgers with chilled beers!

The most memorable was chicken dance with group of people! In fact, I was one of the people who took part in the dance to cheer the crowd after drinking session! Honestly, I was little too shy to dance like a chicken in front of the public but who cares, as long as everyone had a great time watching the chicken dance performance! The whole dancing part was just epic failed and friends were busy to record and take pictures of chicken dance performance done by Samantha and I!

I had Carlsberg beer out of other choices that provided such as Franziskaner Weissbier, Erdinger and Lowenbrau for Malaysia's Own Oktoberfest. Carlsberg beer is a well-proportioned bottom-fermented lager beer with a flavour of hops, grains, pine needles, sorrel and Danish summer apples. The bitterness of the hops and the apple-like sweetness provide a harmoniously balanced taste. It was great for me that I was able to have a chilled Carlsberg beer while eating burger at outdoor area! And guess what, you could bring back the beer stein if you could finish one liter of beer by yourself!

Of course, the night went on with drinking session because that's Oktoberfest about! Chill beer with snacks and games.

Last day of July, 30th July was the second Hennessy Artistry party of the year which held at Mist Club after the Hennessy Artistry trip, Hennessy Artistry Opera that I joined with group of bloggers on April. HoneyBrunch and I along with his friends reached Mist after past 11pm because I had hang over from my birthday celebration which was one night before at Mist as well. The fact that I didnt want to get out from bed til dinner time made everything needed to be in rush included dinner and dressing up. With that, I didnt dress up fancy but just a simple black dress for this event. I certainly missed a lot of fun and also free flow but Hennessy Artistry was still great overall with good music and good company!

Hennessy Artistry Mist was not the final Hennessy party for 2011. The biggest Hennessy Artistry party of all, Hennessy Aritstry Halo of 2011 is coming soon! Last year, Hennessy Artistry - MIECC was fun because I finally managed to watch Da Mouth's live performance once I reached to the party, how lucky can I be for able to catch their performance. This explain that I'm curious about the performances artists for Hennessy Artistry Halo 2011, hopefully my favorite singers will be performance on upcoming party. Malaysia's Hottest Blogger Anniversary

I started to join Malaysia's Hottest Blogger's community since late Jun and it is an organization that comprising female bloggers with common interests and a penchant for gracing exclusive events, enjoying happening parties and appreciating good food. And honestly, it has been nothing but fun with group of female bloggers to enjoy attending more events!

August 2011 was the important month for MHB, speaking about that, I havent complete my third birthday celebration til today. Back to the topic, MHB celebrated its first anniversary with series of parties held in August to remember the occasion.

The first celebration was held at Bakita, Changkat Bukit Bintang. Its a great place for chill out with friends at outdoor seating with cold beer at night after a hectic work! I thought the bar was at the same role as restaurants that I usually go along Changkat but it was behind Weners restaurant which I was there a week before MHB's celebration. Good thing was I manage to find the bar by myself alone, that's why I always prefer to go KL instead of Subang area, KL is so flexible despite the jam. It was the first night I managed to hang out with most of the MHB since I was pretty new for the community. Thanks to Bakita who sponsored the location and 32 pints of Kronenbourg 1664 beer to our party, it was a great night to meet up with big group of MHB for the first time.

Second celebration was held at Hoofed at TTDI but I missed the celebration due to freelance job that ended late. What a waste for me because I heard from other members of MHB saying that the dinner party was great with yummy food and of course, MHB crowd!

And the last celebration was, MHB's Hennessy Night at Phuture, Zouk. MHB partied in VVIP style at the VVIP balcony of the club, a personal hostess, a photographer and of course, free flow of Hennessey V.S.O.P all night long! As much as I faced small problem at the entrance because the bouncers claimed that I looked to young for Phuture but it didnt stop me from having fun at Phuture with MHB. Best part was the club closed at 5 which meant we partied til past 3 in the morning, it was my longest clubbing night ever! Cant wait to go Phuture soon again to party! birthday part 1: Taken shots, Whatever man

Do you ever want to go back? I remember being kid and everything seems to be much easier. When we were just little kids, we always thought love was about hugs, kisses and happiness. But as we grow, we learn that it’s not just about happiness, it’s about an unquantifiable mass of feelings, learning to accept rejections, tears and heartbreaks at the same time. You trust that they won’t let go of your hand, throwing you in another direction. You can’t see anything or anyone around you, just them. I dont think people get the whole love thing anymore. Saying, “I love you” is great sometimes but people say it at the end of every phone call, when they walk away and even when they first start talking again. For me, I want my “I love you’s” to be spectacular, in the heat of the moment passion, when you need it most. I want it to actually mean something, not just for habit.

It was the day I finally turned to be 20. Like HoneyBrunch said, 20 is the day where people leave the teen years and become an adult by being more independent and responsible to ourselves. Together with HoneyBunch, I had a great birthday dinner at Tanzini, G-Tower which is an elegant Italian restaurant comes with perfect view that overlooks the city skyline and it makes you feel romantic at 28th floor of the hotel. The restaurant was quiet when we reached there at 8pm and I personally think that it was too quiet to have any conversation at the restaurant. As usual, the restaurant served complementary bread along with 3 different dips such as tomato, olive oil and vinegar. The freshly warm baked bread was a good way to start my birthday dinner! I almost couldnt stop eating all the bread by myself but yet needed forcefully stop myself from eating too much before our appetizer, wild mushroom zuppe served! Moved on to our main course, I ordered pan-roasted barramundi and HoneyBunch ordered chicken but I couldnt remember the name of the dish. Main course was delicious as expected but I was slightly disappointed with the fish although it was fresh and springy, in fact, I think HoneyBuch's dish was nicer than mine. Of course, as a dessert person, I tried out their cream brulee since I refused to have heavy dessert after a day with birthday treat. The best part of the birthday dinner was when the staff brought out their famous chocolate cake for me as birthday cake along with birthday song. Happy max with desserts and wishes! After we finished our dinner, we went to the second floor of Tanzini, The Rooftop Bar but did not managed to enter due to private event.

It was surely a special romantic night out with HoneyBunch on the 2nd August and also today, 20th August is the monthsary as well which is why I decided to blog about my birthday dinner with HoneyBunch.

*birthday part 1*

In twenty years, you wont remember where you spent your nights or what you did but you'll remember friends who you spent time with.

On the last Friday of July which was HoneyBunch's birthday night itself, both of us had our birthday celebration as he had his after-dinner party and I had pre-celebration at Mist Club, Bangsar. HoneyBunch's birthday dinner party held at Vineria IT at Bangsar Shopping Centre. I highly recommend this italian restaurant if you're type of person that like Italiannies and of course the food at Vineria is better that Italiannies, one sentence, good food with good ambiance. HoneyBunch's birthday dinner was simply great with small group of friends.

Once we were done with dinner, we headed to Mist which was less than 10 minutes drive from Bangsar Shopping Centre. As usual, the club was crazily packed due to Friday Lollipop night and it was still the same crowd of people although I didnt go Mist for more than 2 months. I was regretted for not party hard when I knew the date for new semester to begin so the very last Friday was the only week I could party hard til late night. It was sort of troublesome when I needed to settle everything before entering the club, thanks to HoneyBunch and my friends that helped me to deal most of the problems. Going into a club can be so troublesome sometimes, free entry for ladies would be the easiest thing!

The night did not stop or ruined by those troubles, in fact, everyone started to party hard with endless bottoms up and also had flaming as birthday treat from friends which totally got me tipsy after that inside the club. At the same time, HoneyBunch was having his fun time with his own friends at the other table inside the club too!

It was hell of the great night for me but poor thing to HoneyBunch and friends had to look after me inside and outside the club after drinking session. Wells, getting drunk and puke on birthday are an obligation.

Lastly, happy belated birthday to the leo couple, roar!

Glenfiddich Whisky Tasting

I was at Social @ KL, G-Tower Hotel for an exclusive tasting session of the premium Scotch Whisky - Glenfiddich 12,15,18 & 21 years old hosted by Glenfiddich brand ambassador, Barry Chalmers on 6th July 2011.

We started off with Glenfiddich Special Reserve 12 Year Old which is the world’s favourite single malt whisky and the only Highland single malt to be distilled, matured and bottled at its own distillery. What first hit me about this drink was the fresh and fragrant Glenfiddich Special Reserve is the touch of pear in the nose, followed by a distinctive, well-balanced flavour of rich fruit, subtle pine and a hint of peatiness. As for fifteen-year-old Glenfiddich that from three types of casks such as traditional American bourbon, Spanish sherry and new oak, it tasted elegantly smooth, with a deep flavour that reveals fruit, gentle spice esp vanilla and a touch of oak, the finish is long and satisfying. Then it followed by Glenfiddich 18 which came with elegant nose, faintly sweet, scented with apple and wood. It is robust and full-bodied, yet remarkably soft, rounded and long lasting. Lastly, Glenfiddich 21 develops into an exquisitely rich and creamy single malt with a luxurious vibrancy. It smelled intense and sweet, floral hints of banana, figs and rich toffee which taste of initially soft, then brisk and vibrant, peppery, a touch of smoke, vanilla, ginger, lime, spices and new leather but it was warming and slightly spicy for me.

During the whisky tasting session, we were served some finger foods such as ravioli, terriyaki chicken, BBQ beef and creme brulee and the foods were seriously delicious and I surely will visit Social @ KL for dining soon again. What I enjoyed eating the most was peking duck with deep fried mantou. Its wrapped around yummy and succulent peking duck with glorious sauce with nicely fried mantou. It definitely reminded me about first experience of eating peking duck with my family back to years ago.

Conclusion is, whisky tasting was a fun experience to me as it was my first time to attend whisky tasting session.

Clinique Star Tour 2011

Having a sister is like having a best friend you can't get rid of. You know whatever you do, they'll still be there. It was during on Saturday where my sister and I had bonding session at Sunway Pyramid. We used to have bonding session frequently especially on Sunday just to kill our time but we seldom do it recently as she is always busy with SPM preparation and I'll just end up watching drama series til family dinner serves in the evening.

Since both of us were given a chance to attend Clinique Star Tour 2011, we decided to get it done at that day itself. We went to the mobile truck at outdoor area of Sunway around 2pm where the weather was really hot at that time. Quickly registered ourselves at the booth so both of us could start our pamper session as soon as possible instead of standing under the hot sun.

As usual, it started off with Clinique 3-Step Skin Analysis and Prepping which explained to us about the important of skin care and also helped us to apply toner and moisturizer on our face before moving on to the next step which was Makeup by Clinique Makeup Experts and Hair-Styled by Miko Galere. Once the expertises created the best look for us, it was time for fashion photograph which allowed our photo snapped by a professional photographer and uploaded the best shot at the Clinique Star Tour Gallery where Malaysian can vote for their top 25 favourites. Once we were done, we received door gift worth approximately RM 130 which included CLEO magazine, Clinique products and Miko Galere voucher.

Once we were done with Clinique Star Tour, sister and I continued our shopping session at the mall before we left around 4pm due to LDP jam. I must say that it was a fun experience to have make over session together with the sister!

People say, "Romance movies have caused people to have high expectations for relationships".

What I think is some fairly tales are true, most of them are stories we make up to help us deal with real life. It all depend on our own point of view.

Spent days to re-watch chick flicks like Dear John, Letters to Juliet, The Last Song and more which I'll never get bored of watching it again and again, just to kill my time.

That's how I mostly spend my day time if there isnt any lunch date with HoneyBunch or friends, slack at home with cup of drink while watching chick flicks, perfect afternoon.

Having Chatime or GongCha will be extra bonus but I'm telling myself not to get any milk tea because I can buy Chatime at anytime at university when class starts, imagine money that I would spend on Chatime like how I spent on Starbucks during college time. Diabetes.

Anyway, I cant wait to watch "Friends with Benefits" and "Crazy, Stupid, Love". I hope I wont get disappointed on these two movies due to my expectation but then again, I just wanna watch the cheesy parts since most chick flicks share the same storyline.

Results have finally released and I made it to Year 2 without any problem. It has been a tough year for me as everyone around me knows how terrible I suffered from doing endless assignments during uni time. Here comes a new weekdays that I probably stay at home after weeks of going out for non-stop ever since semester break started. But then, sometimes it feels good to be at home with family and also catch some drama series. I'm currently hook with Love You (醉後決定愛上你) and Wax and Wane (团圆) since US drama is currently stop showing.

So last week, I decided to attend Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc Launch after skipped few events in weeks which I have no idea why did I choose to skip it as well. Guess I always prefer to hang out with group of close friends or HoneyBrunch compared to others. Okay, back to the launch event. It was a event to celebrate the arrival of Kronenbourg Blanc to Malaysia. It is the French Art of Pleasure All over the world which attracts successful and discerning people who love beautiful things and know how to enjoy life.

Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc pours a greyish, murky, homemade lemonade colour – the palest of pale, watery yellows. It brings out traces of fruits with hardly any hint of spiciness, which I would expect from a wheat beer. The taste follows along in much the same vein and finishes clean with a touch of dryness. I went to this event alone since I didnt have extra pass to bring anyone to tag along with. Few months ago, I was invited to attend Clinique x Spoon: Pick a Smoothie, Get a New Look at MidValley.

It was on Friday where I remembered I rushed over there right after my class ended before 12pm as we all know Mid Valley is always lack of parking spot which I have no idea why and how it happens for all the time. Thats the reason why I dont go Gardens in the afternoon, having lunch over there with friends is never ideal because the parking issues kill the mood, flat. And I waited more than 1 hour on that day itself before I managed to make it for my appointment at Clinique booth for makeover! Bumped into Victoria and Evelyn when I reached the booth on time for makeover session.

The roadshow was mainly to promote the new products from Clinique which is Vitamin C Lip Smoothie & also the new smoothies by Spoon. The healthy smoothies come in 3 flavors and each of the smoothie comes with a look designed by Clinique. As for me, I have chosen Clinique's Goodness Grapecious Look which I had a smoothies and makeup that are based on berry. Another moment to make myself become pretty during assignments month.

I absolutely love my Goodness Grapecious Look that done by Clinique and also the drink that served by Spoon. Tapaoed my first Gong Cha and had a Friday date with HoneyBrunch after that with the pretty looked!

Last Friday, I was given a chance to attend an event under VIP passes after a month of MIA from happening Friday night. I mostly spent Friday nights with endless assignments or quality time with people that I care in the past one month, no party at all.

Masquerade Madness by Benson Chen

Few weeks ago, I was invited to attend Masquerade Shoe Party by Benson Chen at The Twelve, MIFA Malaysia, Fahrenheit 88.

Benson Chen is one of the best Malaysian footwear designers based in Kuala Lumpur. He is best known for founding Benson Chen brand as young as 19 years old that became known for its hand-made women's footwear.

Furthermore, he won The Most Creative Design in Malaysia Footwear Competition 2010, 1st Prize For Ladies Fashion Shoe Design in Malaysian Footwear Competition 2010 and 2nd Runner Up For Lady’s Boots Design in International Footwear Competition 2010.

The designer's professed goal is to “make a woman look sexy, beautiful, to make her legs look as long as he can.” To make the shoes show to be more outstanding, he didnt let female models to wear it and to protrait but used males model to hand carry those heels for audiences to have a look.

Just like Kimora Lee Simon says, always dress like you're going to see your worst enemy. Everyone was well dressed for this shoes show because the best dressed gets to walk away with presents! Since I was running out of time to get new outfit to match with the theme, I decided to go all time blazer with colourful outfit. Not fancy but yet presentable.

The night ended with people buying heels and ordering custom made heels for themselves. Yes, Benson Chen do offer custom made heels for women, how awesome is that? As for me, I ordered my custom made heels at that night as well since its hard for me to get heels that fit me right. Im really excited to see my custom made heel, finally I'm able to get a pair of heels that fit me well.

Dropped by at Chatime with sister after Masquerade Madness, it took me more than 30 minutes to get my drink. again, I dont mind to wait for the drink! How I wish I could continue to chill at Pavilion with sister during late night but I had to go back and continue with assignments.

The twenty-third season of Gossip Girl has come to an end and everyone has scattered for the summer. Blair is off to Monaco, Serena to California, Dan (and Erik….) to the Hamptons, and Nate and Chuck to god only knows where. Let's see how they got there in coming season at New York!

New York sounds fun? Let me bring you guys back to the previous biggest 7aste of 2010 which was 7aste New York that held at Hex & Mayfair, KL during 17th Dec 2010. It was an event to celebrate supreme indulgences from the city that never sleeps. It allowed guests to get into an empire state of mind inspired by the city where dreams are made of. From Manhattan to Brooklyn with smooth launge to sleek streets with an eclectic mix of entertainment.

Someone that was once a stranger now is the only person you know like the back of your hand. Someone you used to never hangout with, now owns most of your time. Someone that you thought you’d never love, owns your entire heart. Someone you once had no emotions for, now has the power to break your heart.

It’s the scariest thing ever to realize how much someone means to you. When shit happens and it hits you, I mean really hits you, all these thoughts and questions rush through your head at once. A sad emotion even starts to creep on you slowly inch by inch as you start to wonder about everything.

But when it happens, always remember to fight for the relationship. Its the effort that counts such as remind about the butterflies, the smiles, the memories and the love.

Continued with Hennessy Artistry Penang and Hennessy Night Out, the Hennessy Artistry Trip has came to the last day at 30 April which was the day for Hennessy Artistry @ Opera, Sunway.

It was rather a day with packed schedule as we needed to check out from the suite, lunch, head to airport in order to fly back to KL for another Hennessy Artistry.

As soon as we reached back to KLIA, we were send to Pyramid Tower Hotel to dress up and dinner before the party began. I was deadly tired because it was the third night for clubbing under Hennessy Artistry. Dinner was at Atrium Cafe since it was the nearest dining area we could think of before the event. I was excited for the dining experience because few other bloggers had good experience at that restaurant before. Unfortunately, the restaurant disappointed me a lot due to their services that they provided, they literally forgotten my ordered. I had to skip dinner before Hennessy Artistry started.

As usual, we were at VIP zone for that night with our own Hennessy bottles, how awesome is that? Drinking session still went on when the free flow was over. Familiar faces were everywhere since KL has more bloggers compared to Penang. The performances were great as it was the same at Voodoo but I still enjoyed it with another company of friends.

I left around 1am since I was deadly tired and my feet hurt like mad due to wearing heels for clubbing after 3 nights of clubbing in roll. By the way, I was in the same lift with Vandalism at the hotel! Had a good rest at hotel by myself til the next day.

Before I end my final post of Hennessy Artistry Trip, I would like to thanks to the company for sponsoring me to attend 4D3N Hennessy Artistry Experience. It was surely a memorable events that I been so far especially it was with group of bloggers that I have been reading their blogs for a long time and traveling with them in real was something I didnt expect at all. Wells, Hennessy Artistry made it happened for me! Thank you so much and I had so much fun in 4D3N. The parties, the good company and the food coma provided by Hennessy Artistry were simply awesome! Hopefully they'll have it soon again!

Hennessy Night Out

Hello, readers. Sorry for didnt update my blog for quite a while, I'm just too busy with assignments especially the semester is ending in less than a month and I have 4 major assignments to complete in order to end the semester. I literally can see myself back to MIA from social events but lock myself in my room to hardcore everything in 2 weeks time.

By the way, I'm not done with Hennessy Artistry Trip that I joined back in few weeks ago. In case you miss the first night of the trip which was Hennessy Artistry @ Voodoo, you should read Hennessy Artistry Penang before you proceed to this post. The second day of the trip was pretty much relaxing as we were given some personal time in the day time. Sounds boring? No at all, second night of the trip was Hennessy Night Out: Clubbing the Hennessy V.S.O.P Way!

The night started with chinese fusion cuisine at QE II, Church Street Pier with Hennessy Artistry bloggers. Its a restaurant that designed as Metroplitan Chic English Theme with serve drinks at downstairs while the the restaurant is upstairs. The amazing part was the restaurant provides a romantic view due to the lights from the Butterworth Container port and also private yachts parked near it. Luxury lifestyle!

As soon as we finished our dinner around 10pm plus, we headed to MOIS Club which located at Penang Road for Clubbing the Hennessy V.S.O.P. It was my second time to visit MOIS but it was definitely a great experience to club at Penang with group of bloggers at VIP zone! Party with style!

That what happened on the second night which was the last night of Penang with the Hennessy Artistry bloggers.

Johnnie Walker Black Circuit Lounge

The official race party of the 2011 Malaysia Grand Prix, Johnnie Walker: Step Inside The Black Circuit Lounge held at Le Marquee, Palace of Golden Horses on 9 April.

As usual, HoneyBunch was my partner-in-crime to attend this event with me since I had pair of VVIP invitations for JW event, awesome!

We reached there around 10 plus which was 2 hours late but we didnt miss out much activities.

It was a night that they served black label for the whole night, free flow til the event was over and of course, not to miss international DJs that spinned for the night, great music with free flow were the boom for that night!

The dress code was stylist black or chic gold which explained why everyone wore either black or gold to attend this event. I didnt managed to buy a gold dress because I was rushing with assignments so I ended up wearing leopard print high waist skirt and black top, fit the dress code well.

As usual, whats party without group of bloggers?

At last, Never Drink and Drive!

HoneyBunch and I left around 1 plus instead of joining the rest for after party at Rootz but I heard that Rootz was super fun as well.

However, madina for indo mee goreng and milo panas with shisha after hardcored at Johnnie Walker Black Circuit Lounge was great too!

Hennessy Artistry Penang

As my previous post mentioned, I was one of the chosen bloggers for all paid 4D3N Hennessy Artistry Experience! First thing came to my mind was 'wow' because I actually have the chance to join Hennessy Artistry party that hold at other state after I went to few Hennessy Artistry parties at KL during 2010. Second thing is, everything is this trip are free, we were actually told that we could survive with RM10 for own personal expenses. All we need to do is pack our bags for 4 days and enjoy the unlimted Hennessy Artistry, crazy parties and food coma for 4 days!

So HoneyBunch sent me to KLIA around afternoon to meet up with the rest because Hennessy Malaysia flew all of us with MAS to Penang for Hennessy Artistry @ Voodoo! Was right in time when I reached KLIA to check in airline. Touched down at Penang at late afternoon and we checked in to Northam All Suite hotel Yes, we stayed at a suite and I personally think that its too big for 2 people in a suite, if only I can bring my friends for slumber party over there, haha! Had late lunch/early dinner with Hennessy crew at Gurney Drive since most people want to rush back to hotel to dress up for the night!

We reached Voodoo around 8pm to meet with Artistes by bus. How cool is that, go to a club by bus with group of people. I doubt I'll have the chance to experience that again! We were also given a chance to play their new games which were Hennessy music Mix Synth and Hennessy iMix Challenge.

Later at night, first Hennessy Artistry of 2011 officially kick started at Voodoo club when there were getting more and more people came into the club and it was so crazily pack. Luckily that we were at VIP zone where it was lesser crowd compared to the normal zone and easier for us to watch performances as well since our zone is higher! And performances were awesome especially andalism which comprises of DJ/Producer Andy Van and vocalist/songwriter Cassie Van.

Not to forget we had penang upper road youg taufu as quick supper and mid night foot massage after party at Voodoo for hours! Sinful feeling!

Thats basically what happened on the first night of Hennessy Artistry Trip, stay tuned for the second day, Hennessy Night out!

I came across to watch this video that is now been sharing all over facebook while I was taking a break from doing assignment, I think the short film is a great film that reflects about relationship which all couple will go through with it.

Every relationship goes through stages. Where and how each stage develops is ultimately up to each person. While we always hope for the best, we often can't avoid the inevitable.

From stranger to friend to lover and back to stranger again...

What I envy most of the old couple are their strength that surpass all their troubles in their relationship. What kind of love which can last for years and maybe forever? I'm clueless. I even asked friends around me about how they maintain their relationship for so long which some have been together more than 4 years since highschool til now. Amazing right? Somehow, I think it requires a lot and a lot of understanding to make it happens.

And of course if the whole entire relationship was always smooth and perfect, you’d get too used to that, you know? You have to have a little bit of disorganization now and then, otherwise you’ll never really enjoy it when things go right.

As for me, I guess, if anything, it’s about taking chances, even when you think you’re all out of chances. It’s about giving forgiveness and unconditional love, even when it seems like you should only do the opposite. It’s about trusting that God puts people in your life at certain times so that you can capitalize on the opportunity. It’s all about the possibility. It’s all about what you do with those possibilities. Life is short, but it moves so fast. Hang on and enjoy the ride. And when someone comes along with whom you enjoy spending the ride with; hold on tight.

Brush with Fashion Competition

Recently, a highschool friend of mine, Hari took part in Brush with Fashion, a fashion competition that organized by The Body Shop and PJCAD for PJCAD students to unleash their talent. Lucky for me, I managed to attend the fashion show to support him!

For this competition, each participants submitted two designs which were ready-to-wear apparel and avant-garde in tow weeks time. I'm sure it was a hell weeks for all contestances because Hari was really in stress to complete his outfits on time. I wonder how does those contestances of Project Runway can handle those stress so well where they need to compete with each other to create the best clothes and are usually restricted in time, materials and theme. Imagine if they are lack of inspiration at that time? Even I took about weeks to figure out my storyline of awareness video which the time taken was long!

Anyhow, here are the ready-to-wear designs, the top one is done by Hari and the bottom one is done by the other contestance, Rachel. I seriously like both of the design, how I wish it'll be on the market!

Then it followed by The Body Shop make-up artists to showcase their work which was another competition for Brush with Fashion. They were given 20 mins to get their runway look done which was kinda impossible especially they need to create a dramatic look for avant-garde look but wells, professional makeup artist always make it!

Once the models applied the runway makeup look, they were back to the backstage for avant-garde look. Again, the top one belongs to Hari and bottom goes to Rachel. Awesome outfits right? For your information, they are still in college. Its so amazing that they are able to design such a good outfits and transformed it in real within two weeks.

The fashion ended with Hari as the winner of the competition, congrats! Rachel, Kok Siang and I were praying like mad when the host, Daphne Iking was about to announce the champion of Brush with Fashion, the kan cheong-ness and of course we cheered like mad too once his name was announced!

Lastly, I would like to congrats Hari for becoming the winner for Brush with Fashion.

You surely deserve this award and now you're a step closer to your dream!

From time to time, we always hear that people complain about their life or blaming anything around isnt fitting as what they want or wish it could be.

Even I tend to complain too like assignments are too many to handle, parents didn’t buy me things that I want when I dont really need it, some people are not helpful at all and etc. There are just too many to complain about in life, to shows that FML.

Self-pity comes so naturally to all of us and its one of the most dangerous forms of self-centeredness. It fogs our vision.

My question is who are we comparing our life with? What makes us feel our life seems to be so unpleasant and sucks? If it is sucks, that is simply because of we ourselves that judge it so and make it happen and worst, continue to sucks in it.

Just be grateful with everything in your life!

People always say 'once the route chosen, you have to walk it through even on your knees' because life is always about making personal choices and rationalizing our decisions.

It’s Friday, Friday. Gotta get down on Friday. Everybody’s lookin’ forward to the weekend, weekend. Yes, its Friday night yet I'm here, sitting in front of my laptop to blog instead of going anywhere. How rare can it be?

Wells, I chose to stay in so that I could complete few readings for upcoming presentation since I have not done anything yet. However, by looking at everyone's tweet or receiving calls from friends for happening Friday night is making me feel regretted towards my choice. Anyway, university has started for about a month and I must say current semester is getting better with friends/coursemates, probably is because we know each other better compared to previous semester and eventually it made all of us to have more topic to share? As for assignments, I feel that the stress has not start pouring which I'm very happy about it!

Back to the topic, everyone seems to believe that our choices makes us who we are. Every day we are faced with choices to make. Before making our choice, ask ourselves the most basic question, 'can we sleep at night with the choice we made?'. The fact that we need to make decision in our daily life sort of gave me hard time recently. I was struggling for decision making with things happened at the same time. None of decisions were easy to decide and I really hope those choices wont disappoint me because life is about making decisions and dont ever regret once its decided. Anyhow, I'm thankful for having friends and family that are there for me to give me advises.

It also come to the point that it shown me about life doesnt stop for anybody just because things change. It is not as easy when we were young. The more mature we are, the more problems will be encountered. When things change, it's simply because our actions are changing it. The truth is all of us stop letting others to push us all around and be happy all the time, I accepted reality. With it, we need to learn to be alone like learn to embrace our own life and to learn about what we can be with ourselves. Remember, life is tough but we're tougher!

Lastly, pray for the world due to endless natural disaster and also support Earth Hour starts from 8.30pm!

Lets do our part , its just an hour, its the least we can do for the earth. Together, our action add up.

累了，就该休息，休息是为了走更长远的路。

A wise man once said, a rest is a preparatory step for a longer journey ahead. Wells, I'm definitely ready for it because as you all know, I had 4 months of semester break since Nov 2010, I certainly must say 4 months are a long break that is equal to one semester. Imagine what can you do in four months? Plenty of things.

In the past 4 months, I hardly pick up any part time job which now I totally regretted for wasting months for doing nothing but mostly hanging out with friends or catching up with drama series since HoneyBunch had summer school. My plan for semester break didn't go exactly how I wished for, I wanted to pick up a professional makeup course to fulfill my time; however, they didn't have enough student to run an express class. Then it followed by no email reply for freelance roadshow, I guess height does matter when it comes to certain event til I decided not to try looking for freelance job anymore. Anyhow, I still had an awesome semester break like one of the most memorable things that I did during semester break is Penang trip with HoneyBunch, it was a great trip especially managed to get out from the busy city for days and chill out at state with full of culture. There goes the 4 months of semester break.

Til now, my timetable for current semester is still in a mess. Again, inefficient management. Besides, I seriously can't imagine the parking war at university everyday. Fortunately for me, I have days of 8am class for everyday, finger cross for good parking spot. Overall, I'm pretty much ready for new semester other than the phobia of endless assignments because the assignment stress that I had in previous semester literally haunted me. According to seniors, new semester is not gonna be easy too, means more stress to face soon. Wells, lets just hope that everything is gonna be fine and manage to get higher score in this semester.

Before I end this post, I would like to wish students that use Aus system, Happy Uni Day and also enjoy the last day of Feb 2011!

Good day, readers.

Before I begin with, I would like to wish everyone a Happy Belated Chinese New Year and Happy Belated Valentine's Day. Wells, I have been getting lazier from day to day to keep my blog be alive nowadays. Simply due to I certainly think it's not a great idea to share my personal life in the public and also, whatever been putting up in the internet is also unremovable. Worst, sometimes, people will gossip and create rumors about it. How ironic when one always finds out stuff about himself that he had no idea even he did, don't we just like rumors?

So far, life has been good for me. My 4 months of summer break is ending soon which I have no idea whether should I be happy to be back to uni or not. Imagine tons of assignments that I'll have in the upcoming 4 months, it'll be instantly a lot and drive me nut! Honestly, I barely go out for happening stuff in the previous semester due to rushing for back-to-back assignments. All I did was spending quality time with friends by catching up with each other, doing absolutely nothing with HoneyBunch yet loving it and also family time. During my first semester, I always questioned myself about my choice; I couldnt do anything but sucked it up and continued with the course that I have chosen. Hopefully it wont happen again in upcoming semester, it just doesnt help me at all.

As for my social life? Nothing much, have been going out especially start from weekend to party with the group. Party hard before I get ready for serious issue like studies. But of course, I didnt party on every week. Sometimes, it also feels good when just meet up with close friends for simple dinner and follows by shisha session after dinner, not that I shisha but I still tag along since I dont see them often. The idea of everyone is different uni makes it hard for all of us to meet up, sometimes, it takes months to meet up since everyone has moved on after highschool.

Moving on to HoneyBunch, we are still cool and just got back from beach vacation! So no worries from the outsiders especially our relationship is like a rumor; people talk about it but no one truly knows. Not that I know who is the person or people but obviously I know it happens because rumors eventually will spread to the person of the story. Like I said, who doesnt like gossip/rumors? It is probably one of the good ways to kill time with friends because deep down in our heart, we cant deny that part of us are hypocrite. Recently, I have learnt more about how most of the relationship works no matter how long or sweet has the couple been together. Oh wells, clearly relationship cant be the ones in The Notebook, Dear John, or have a boyfriend like Landon Carter in A Walk to Remember, those are fictional relationship which doesnt exist in the world so dont blame movies but ourselves for high expectation of relationships. Anyway, I dont need chick flicks or fairly tales to be happy because I'm writing my own love story.

Carry on to family time which surely about CNY. Went back to hometown as usual but this time, I was back there for a week. I couldnt believe I made it through a week at hometown especially the hot weather at Penang. You literally can feel the heat once you are out from your house, typical Penang weather. Anyhow, I am still glad that I managed to catch up with cousins after months. CNY was good, not the angpow money but it is the time that family can spend with together. However, I think I have gained weight due to CNY cookies, darn!

Vacuums don't clean houses, people clean houses

I think housework is the reason why women go to office to work and get an excuse to hire a maid to clean the mess because cleanliness is next to impossible.

As CNY is getting near, I started spring cleaning session on few weeks ago in order to get my stuff to be well organized. Yes, imagine things that you have bought in a year and now have to remove it for new stuff?

At least I'm able to donate old stuff that I dont need anymore. Unlike some people around me, they keep every single thing for years whether it comes with good memories or not.

It took me few days to get it done and also packed all the unwanted stuff. The highest record was I had 30kg of magazine to throw away! Certainly shows that I wasted money on buying tons of magazine to kill time.

Anyway, my room is refresh and renew now.

Clean enough to be healthy and soon will be dirty enough to be happy.

Lastly, I had red and gold pedicure, so typical CNY colour of hopping for prosperity.

O.M.G Charity Play

When is the last time you took part on a charity event?

The KDU Pre-U department is organizing a charity play to raise funds for the Children's Cancer Fund which is under the guardian of Pusat Perubatan Universiti Malaya. The play entitled O.M.G. which stands for Oh My Girl! is an adaptation of Shakespeare's the Taming of the Shrew.

The play screens on the 26th, 27th and 29th January 2011 in the newly renovated Auditorium, KDU University College Damansara Jaya Campus. The details of the shows are as follow.

Children's Cancer Fund or Tabung Kanser Kanak-Kanak aims to help financially disadvantaged children aged as young as 6 months old up to 17 years old to get access to treatments and operations necessary for them to survive the disease.

A child with cancer needs at least RM 6000 to undergo a session of chemotheraphy.
Cancer. Cancer is not cured in just one session.

Give them a chance to see what's beyond their pain.

A girl will be the happiest when she knows that he make her as his everything in front of everyone at every time.

However, one used to tell me that it doesnt matter how caring the person appears to be, if he dont truly love or faithful to her, he is nothing to her.

And honestly, the idea of wanting more than one at the same time just simply dont work it at all. I have seen so many friends around me want both at the same time. Some managed to fool their other half but most of them failed to do so and shit happened.

Try to put yourself in other's shoe, do you wish that your the other half treat you in that way too?

Obviously you want to be treated as the only one too right?

Like the only one that they will ever love, only one

On the other hand, some claim that...

If he takes the time to argue with her then he cares more than she thinks. Remember that if they truly do care, they will make an effort to show it.

Really?

My advice? Remember to show and treat your the other half with your heart before others do ;)

Because when others treat them like they are the best thing ever happened to them, thats the time they will move on for new happy story and regrets happen to us but its too late to make a change.

So cherish the love we all have now and dont take it for granted.

Another year for everyone to go through with love problems for better relationship, all the best.

Goodbye 2010 you made me cry and laugh .

It gave me memories and taught me new things about life.

I’ve learned a lot in 2010 through my fake smiles and unseen tears.

Some friends are not forever and love will change as well.

The good memories stay with us but the good moments go by fast.

Thanks for the memories included the happiness and also fucked up pains.

As my previous post mentioned about Taylor's Open Day, I went on Saturday with group of bloggers to visit the university.

We started off the Taylor's Open Day by taking free hot air balloon which was the highlight of the event!

My first time taking hot air balloon ride, it was fun!

Once we are done with hot air balloon ride, we proceeded to the campus for touring, just for us to discover every part of the building of the campus.
